Important Guidelines & Policies
- All online appointments must be verbally confirmed by our staff prior to being seen. No exceptions.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult while in the waiting room.
- Children under 5 require additional adult supervision in the exam room.
- Twin pregnancies coming in for Pea in the Pod, Jelly Bean, or Girl vs. Boy Deluxe sessions will incur an additional $35 fee.
- Expectant mothers must have been seen by a physician or healthcare provider and provide their name and phone number before any elective session.
- We welcome children and family members to attend, with a maximum of 8 people total.
- We do NOT accept checks or debit cards requiring a PIN.
- As a Veteran-Owned business, we proudly offer a 10% discount on all ultrasounds for Veterans with valid ID. (DD-214 not accepted)
- Elective ultrasound sessions are not covered by insurance. All services must be paid out of pocket.
RE-SCAN POLICY
*RESCAN POLICY: One free rescan is offered, at the discretion of Ultrasound-Services Staff, should we feel, your baby can offer better images.
Please keep in mind the quality of the images depend on many factors including but not limited to: fetal position, placenta placement, fetal age, fetal weight, maternal body tissue, amniotic fluid and more. We make every effort to achieve quality images however can not guarantee every ultrasound will be perfect. All RESCANS will be 15 min. session. AVI videos are based on baby's movement and are not guaranteed.
**DUE TO LATE PREGNANCY, SCANS AT 33+ WILL NOT BE OFFERED A RESCAN.
**NOTE** - Payment in-full is required to schedule/reschedule from a previous NO SHOW APPOINTMENT.
